Roan Mills was born in 2013 as a new branch of our family farm, Kenter Canyon Farms. Roan Mills introduced identity preserved, heritage wheat varieties in 2013. In 2012, we planted fifty acres of heritage wheat varieties. The crop was solely irrigated with rain water and harvested in 2013, yielding 80,000 of product. These are regenerative and certified organic farming practices that are sustainable for the earth. Our heritage wheat is then milled into flour.

Our freshly milled flours are used to for the breads and baked goods sold at our bakery and at our Farmers Markets.
